Whilst exercise might seem counter-intuitive if you’re trying to combat facial redness (after all, working out often gives you a rosy, red complexion) - don’t let this stop you. Exercise is essential to your well being and stress management and might help you feel a little less worried about your facial redness. For a less flushed face, perhaps alter the way in which you work out. Short blasts of high-intensity workouts might be better suited to you as opposed to lengthy sessions. Working out in an environment that is well ventilated and air-conditioned might help too. Also, as ever, ensure you keep hydration levels and water consumption up.
