1. PROTECT YOUR SKIN
The sun’s effect is even greater in summer and you should therefore always apply sun protection to your face and body. Even if it’s cloudy, harmful UV radiation can still put major stress on your skin.
2. DRINK ENOUGH WATER
During the summer you should always have a water bottle with you.
Try to drink two to three litres of water a day in summer to keep your fluid levels up and to help your skin stay hydrated.
3. TREAT YOUR SUNBURN PROPERLY

4. TAKE SOME TIME TO COOL OFF
