The New Guard - NIVEA x VOGUE

NIVEA’s Black & White Invisible deodorant range is now available in a limited-edition design in partnership with Vogue Australia.

When you carefully curate and invest in a wardrobe you love, you don’t want your favourite pieces to be damaged by the products you put on your skin. That’s why NIVEA formulated the Black & White Invisible deodorant range. These effective antiperspirants protect both the wearer and the delicate fabrics they come into contact with, ensuring black clothing stays black and white clothing stays white, for longer.

Black & White Invisible Clear – By Johnny

Johnny Schembri is a master of luxurious fabrics. The designer behind the Sydney label By Johnny expertly chooses weights and blends based on the way they wrap, fold and create structure. Schembri said when designing for NIVEA Black & White Clear deodorant, which protects garments so blacks stay black and whites stay white for longer, he remained true to his brands vivid, graphic ethos. “I created a few designs that were true to my aesthetic and I think the one I settled on is very representative of what I do. It was about bringing together contrasting colours and graphic elements in my bold signature style”.

We Are Kindred

Lizzie and Georgie Renkert are Sydney-based sisters who design the label, We Are Kindred. They draw from nature, art and the world around them to create feminine collections that are effortless and bohemian, yet modern and refined. The botanical influence in their clothing is seen in their design for NIVEA Black & White Fresh deodorant, which features a gentle antiperspirant formula that protects clothing from marks, leaves skin feeling clean, and has a beautifully delicate fragrance.

Lyn-Al

For Lyn-Al Young, creating wearable art is a way to celebrate her Gunnai, Wiradjuri, Gunditjmara and Yorta Yorta culture. Based in Melbourne, Young often travels to places of ancestral significance to paint dye on silk as she’s guided by fauna and the elements. Her design for NIVEA Black & White Silky Smooth deodorant, which is gentle on skin and protects delicate fabrics from marks, was created on Yorta Yorta country and symbolises a baby emu spiritually guiding us on a path to wisdom and truth. “I love how strong and graphic the image is, and it holds a lot of meaning for me,” she says.
