I've used this product for over 20 years but the new formula leaves my skin feeling dry and tight. So disappointing.

Such a depressing change
My favourite moisturiser ruined in one fell swoop. It does not moisturise anymore. I would need to put it on every 10 minutes if I wanted it to be effective in any shape or form. It feels weird and leaves hand residue, too much alcohol in the formula that it evaporates before setting in and also stinks of alcohol. It is neither soothing nor moisturising. Talk about ruining a goldmine 💀 Losing customers left and right. Bye bye Nivea.

You've lost me
After over 30 years of using Nivea products, I certainly won't be using Nivea Soft again. It is watery, very drying and makes my skin tingle and burn. It is a horrible product. I won't be buying any more until the old formula is brought back. Why change an excellent product to satisfy those who are vegan? Just make a new product and keep the original for those who have always loved and used it.
