NIVEA® Soft is a highly effective moisturisng cream, providing an invigorating and refreshing feeling for everyday use. The light formula with Vitamin E & 100% natural Jojoba oil provides 48h hydration for soft skin, with quick absorption and non-greasy feeling. It now also contains 95% naturally derived ingredients and is completely vegan. Skin compatibility dermatologically approved.

New formula = no good
I have been using this product for close to 20 years and have been very happy. The new formula unfortunately has totally missed the mark and is upsetting a lot of people (my friends and family all talk about it too). Can you please revert back to the old formula, what are disastrous way to lose so many customers especially when the product was fine as it was. Thank you.

Inferior New Vegan Formula
I have been using Nivea Soft for as long as it has been available. Before that I used the original Nivea in the navy bottle. Sad to say, after 45+ years, with the new vegan formula, the quality is now abysmal. It doesn't absorb into the skin, it sits there like I've just smeared double cream over my face, and oddly it makes my face feel tight and unmoisturised. I’ve tried it on my body but had the same result. So, after all this time, I'm going to have to find a new moisturiser. So sad as Nivea, up until now, has always been a reliable and effective product, but the latest pot is going straight in the bin, therefore rendering it not so "eco-friendly" and "net-zero" as they claim the new formula is.

Nivea with new formula
Very disappointed, the new formula does not soak into skin, does not moisturise and leaves a greasy film. I won't buy this anymore. Great shame to have lost a perfect moisturiser .
