New formula is terrible
I have used this lip balm for at least a decade now and it was always my go to. However the new formula is greasy and feels awful. I will not be purchasing it again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Why change something that had nothing wrong with it? (Let's be honest, it's always about 💰)

HATE the new formula!
Didn’t want to sound like a complaining customer, but I’m so disappointed with the horrible new formula! This used to be my fave lip balm, and would recommend it to everyone, but now with the formula change, I’ll no longer be buying it! Have sensitive skin/lips, and finding a lip balm I can use, and one that really works is so difficult, but was relieved when I finally found this one, until they changed the formula. The new ingredients are disgusting. I have bought this lip balm for so many years, and normally buy in bulk, but the new formula has made me NEVER want to buy it again, and all the new ones I have will be chucked in the bin!! Absolutely rubbish! It’s completely changed the chapstick. It now feels like applying grease to your lips, and it irritates my lips so bad!! I thought I was overreacting, until I saw other people’s bad reviews, saying they think it feels gross

Little way to go
Admittedly a little clumpy and oily requiring reapplication unnecessarily. The packaging dispenses more than is necessary and after a week or so the dispenser was a bit of a mess. More work required.
