Severe Reaction to New Formula
I used this facial wash for two decades without a single issue. It was my absolute go-to, trusted product. Unfortunately, whatever ingredients they changed in this new formula have completely ruined it. After washing my face with the updated version, I suffered a severe allergic reaction. My eyelids became incredibly swollen, bright red, and tender, while my chin developed an intensely itchy rash. I had to stop using the product immediately and am now spending weeks repairing my compromised skin barrier with antihistamines and thick healing ointments. It is incredibly disappointing when a brand ruins a perfect formula. If you are a long-time user or have sensitive skin, do not assume this new version is safe for you just because the old one was. I will not be purchasing this again.
