Not as good as it use to be
I finally found a face wash over 12 months ago that worked perfectly for my skin without causing any irritation. I used it regularly once a day, and it kept my face feeling fresh and clean without any issues. When I ran out, I purchased another bottle, expecting the same results as always. However, after using the new bottle that night, my face felt like it was on fire. I experienced what appeared to be a severe allergic reaction, with my face becoming extremely red and hot. The burning sensation was so intense that I felt like I needed to put my face in a bucket of ice-cold water. Even my partner was unsure how to help me through the experience. I am incredibly disappointed, as I had trusted and used this product for over a year without any problems. It genuinely feels as though the formula has changed, and after reading other reviews describing similar experiences, I am concerned that I am not the only one affected. NIVEA, please consider bringing back the original formula. I would happily continue purchasing this product if it worked the way it used to. Unfortunately, until then, I will have to start the frustrating process of searching for another face wash that my skin can tolerate. It is extremely disappointing to lose a product you finally found that worked for your skin, especially after using it consistently for so long without any issues.
