changed formula is worse

Had used this for years but the newer formula and latest batches for the last year or so are significantly worse. The previous formula was perfect - unclear why it changed. Please reconsider this

Tricksters

When you buy the face cream, you are being tricked by the size of the box. The actual size is probably about half the size of the box. (So small!) Seems like a blantant misleading marketing strategy. Won't buy Any boxed product from them again. Consumer trust broken.

False bottom packaging

I purchased this product from New World today. I was disappointed and irritated to find the packaging is false and makes the pot of product seem to be much bigger than it actually is. Pot = 3.5 cm in height. Cardboard box= 6.5cm in height. 3cm of dead space. . Will not purchase again on the basis of this deception alone.
