Not Gentle
This product is advertised as gentle. It makes my eyelids sting and if it gets in my eyes it stings even worse

Burns
Used the old formula for year , worked great. Bring back the old formula ; My eyes are taking ages to recover from this new formula, it burns and makes my eye lids sore and red , seeking medical advice

Nothing gentle about this product
Used this product for several days only to find it gave my eyelids a nasty red stingy rash and I don't have particularly sensitive skin.
