How much sunscreen to apply?

Many Australians apply too little sunscreen before heading outdoors. Knowing how to apply sunscreen is crucial for ensuring your skin is properly protected.

Firstly make sure you apply your sunscreen 20 minutes before going into the sun.

Secondly, use approximately 7 teaspoons or 35ml for a full body application to adequately protect your body from the sun

Remember to reapply sunscreen every two hours, and immediately after sweating, swimming and towel drying off.
