TONING HIP RAISES

1. Toning Hip Raises

  • Lie on your back and put your legs up
  • Bend both knees into a right angle leaving a hand’s width of space between them
  • Now lift your hips and stretch one leg out in front
  • Count to ten slowly and then change legs
  • Complete ten repetitions of this exercise every day

THIGH BUSTING LEG RAISES

2. THIGH BUSTING LEG RAISES

  • Lie sideways on an exercise mat and bend your lower leg slightly
  • Now straighten your upper leg and lift it up whilst exhaling
  • Hold it briefly in the air and then lower it again whilst inhaling
  • Change sides after 20 repetitions

CRISS-CROSS SQUAT

3. CRISS-CROSS SQUAT

  • Start with your feet in a wide stance with your toes pointed slightly outward
  • Bend into a squat
  • Jump up, and land with your right leg over your left leg
  • Jump back out into another wide squat
  • Jump up again and this time land with your left leg over your right leg
  • Repeat this cellulite exercise for approximately 30
